What is your schedule?

The full schedule is on the far right hand side of this page. All sessions last 45 minutes and there are showers, lockers and restrooms to use if you need them.

I am out of shape, can I still do the program?

The answer is YES, YES, and YES. This might be one of most frequently asked questions of them all.

Throughout our history of boot camp starting in 2005, about 70-80% of those starting were "out of shape." The great thing is that whether you are a workout warrior or totally out of shape, you will love the results and the challenging workouts. Just read some of the testimonials and you will see 🙂

First of all, it’s FUN! The workouts are always changing to give you maximum results in only 45 minutes. We combine resistance training, running, core, body weight, and fun sports training type drills. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll love meeting new people while blasting fat and burning calories!

What does the full program cost?

The cost to continue after the 21 days varies depending upon the program and schedule you choose. We want to be sure everyone understands what goes into the program and we simply don't have enough room here to explain. However you aren't under any obligation to sign up just come and check it out with your free session and it's not a good fit, no problem. You don't have to pay for anything.

What should I expect to achieve?

This varies from bride to bride, but many brides have seen very exciting results in 21 days. Some have lost 8-15 pounds and reduced overall body fat, shaped up, slimmed down and felt more energy than they have in years.

Where is the boot camp located and can I workout at more than one location?

You can see the entire weekly schedule on the schedule page along with the street address. Morning boot camp is indoors and evening boot camp is outdoors at public parks. You can attend unlimited workouts each week at any and all locations.

What do I need to bring to the workouts?

Your health assessment questionnaire and water is all you need for our indoor workouts.

If you attend the evening/outdoor bootcamp you need to bring: (1) your health questionnaire (2) yoga mat (3) 5, 8, or 10 lb hand weights (4) water. Click here for to download your health questionnaire.

Are non-brides welcome to attend too?

Yes, absolutely. We have always had many non-brides in our group. Ladies of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome. Friends, bridesmaids, mother-of-the-bride, co-workers. All you need is a can-do attitude.

 

What is the difference between boot camp and a class at a gym?

Bridalicious Boot Camp has a much different feeling and atmosphere than a gym or health club. It is a fun and motivating environment. There is a very friendly vibe, and you get to know your fellow boot campers, with many becoming long-term friends. Unlike most gyms, we also have our “no sweat” money-back guarantee. If you don’t get the results you were anticipating, you can ask for, and receive your money back with no questions asked.

Are there locker room/showers at the morning indoor location?

Yes, you are welcome to use the showers and dressing room facilities at the morning indoor location. Please bring your own lock, towel, and toiletries.

How far in advance of the wedding should I start to get the best results?

The 21 Day Rapid Gown Slim Down is a temporary program that needs to begin right away. For those brides who choose to continue after the first 21 days, most brides join about 7-12 months before the wedding. This can depend on your fitness goals. The longer you give yourself, the better chance you have for stunning, breathtaking, transformative results.
